It nice but the kids are the issue ,,,most dont have any consideration for the other children around them ,,,I just think that everyone should be a little more careful when there is smaller ones around

This is not the Hilton, not even Motel 6, but the room was very clean and so was the linen. The floors are all hardwood and very well maintained. The beds were not so soft, and the pillows are cheap..LOL.. why the 5 star rating? The staff is really, really nice. The owner lives on site and has a 16 old son who helps him in the office, the son is so nice and so professional and the owner is not extremely sociable, but he is very receptive if you ask him for anything for your room. He gave me lots of linen, and his housekeeping staff is really hard working. They were really nice and spoke with guests with respect. I asked for a lot of linen because my kids kept swimming ( in the very clear and clean ) pool, and so I had to replace the linen at least twice a day. The housekeepers never once refused to give me the linen. The owner has a very pleasant demeanor. The property is clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again. ( This is a NOT a FAKE review)

We spent $60 on tickets for drawings for gifts. Could not hear the numbers drawn for prizes. Women calling numbers said to me that's too bad. The band played loudly at the same time. I am not alone in complaining there were 20 30 other people who complained. No one there cares among their trustees or anyone. I know we'll never buy another ticket there in my life. Very bad management.
